What is Corporate Housing? Is it for me?
Corporate housing refers to fully furnished rental accommodations designed for extended stays. While often associated with business travel, furnished rentals are also an excellent option for relocating professionals, healthcare workers, families, insurance housing, government travel, students, and anyone needing temporary housing.
Each home is thoughtfully furnished and includes everyday essentials such as furniture, cookware, linens, kitchen supplies, utilities, Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry so you can move in comfortably without the hassle of furnishing a home.
Many of our residences also offer community amenities such as fitness centers, swimming pools, tennis courts, and convenient access to Orlando's major employers, attractions, dining, and shopping.
Whether you're staying for a month or several months, our goal is to make your move simple by providing comfortable, move-in-ready accommodations and responsive customer service throughout your stay.

Can I bring my pet?
Yes. Orlando City Corporate Housing is pet friendly, however there are some weight and breed restrictions depending on the location and a non-refundable pet fee is required. Please contact us for information.

Is there a minimum stay?
We accommodate guests for monthly, yearly or longer. Stays less than 30 nights are based on availability.

Is cleaning and housekeeping included?
Housekeeping services are not included with most rentals but may be available upon request for an additional fee, depending on the property.

How do I check in / move in?
Before your arrival, we'll provide detailed move-in instructions, property access information, and everything you'll need for a smooth check-in experience. Depending on the property, check-in may include meeting a member of our team or using a secure self check-in process.
