What is Corporate Housing? Is it for me?

 "Corporate housing" is a term used to describe furnished temporary housing for people on the move, but it isn't exclusive to just business executives.   Whether you're in the market for short-term or long term housing, Orlando City Corporate Housing thought of everything...   all you need to do is bring your suitcase. We provide you with luxurious condos that offer spacious living and are fully furnished and have everything you will need to make your stay feel just like home. In addition to upscale furniture, your home comes stocked with all the appliances including washer and dryer, housewares, and linens. Utility connections are handled ahead of your move-in date, and electric, gas, water, trash and any other additional services (such as high-speed Internet and cable packages) are included in your quote. You will also have access to amenities, such as tennis courts, pools, spas, fitness centers and much more... All of this adds up to a hassle-free living experience and a cost-efficient alternative to hotels.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes. Orlando City Corporate Housing is pet friendly, however there are some weight and breed restrictions depending on the location and a non-refundable pet fee is required.  Please contact us for information.

Is there a minimum stay? 

We accommodate guests for monthly, yearly or longer.  Stays less than 30 nights are based on availability.

Is cleaning and housekeeping included? 

Housekeeping cleaning services can be added to your package for a small additional charge.

How do I check in / move in?

​We make your check-in as easy as possible. We will supply you with all the details and instructions for locating your apartment prior to your arrival date.  A member of our staff or the property's specialist will meet you at the property clubhouse, show you the amenities, then take you to your condo to ensure that everything meets your expectations. If, however, you are arriving outside of normal business hours (early morning or late evening), a lock box will be left on the apartment door with the key.

 

What are your rates?
​Rates vary according to the floorplan size and length of lease, but the cost is generally approximately 50% less than hotels.

Is a deposit required?
​Yes, we require a refundable deposit that will be held on file for any incidentals or damages. This security deposit is equal to one months rent.
