Housing Placement Assistant (Contractor Position)

Job Description:  You will assist us in placing our clients into their home away from home! You will mainly be performing routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

Duties include: 

-Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

-Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.

-Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.

-Mail newsletters, promotional material, and other information.

-Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.

-Some basic accounting functions, uploading receipts and assisting with expense reports

-Basic social media maintenance and updating.

- Basic marketing upkeep

-Prepare and mail checks


This is a contractor job and will require 10 hours a week (Monday - Friday). Hours may increase. We are looking for someone who can work remote from Orlando, FL. Hours are flexible!


- Administrative writing skills.

- Must have previous experience with customer service.

- Remote work experience in a previous role.

- Knowledge of social media marketing.

- Knowledge of google ad words preferred.

- Preferably bi-lingual but not required. 

- Knowledge of the Orlando area.

- Must posses their own workstation, computer and have internet access.

- Must have access to a smartphone.
